Following a directive by Executive Board in its 33rd meeting held in Nairobi Kenya, the Permanent Secretariat commenced the process of evaluating the implementation of the Strategic Plan 2007-2011 and elaboration of the successor Strategic Plan 2012-2016 of the TTCA-NC in November 2011.
